Responsibilities and Requirements
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation teams to support the delivery of a new enterprise-wide Finance, Time & Attendance solution
• Help shape the delivery roadmap by documenting scope, key milestones, and internal dependencies aligned with broader business goals
• Facilitate collaboration between SMEs across Finance, HR, and Operations to support data gathering, system mapping, and business process definition
• Act as a conduit between functional teams and implementation partners to monitor progress, manage risk, and resolve delivery issues as they arise
• Drive engagement across the business, championing the rollout of new processes and acting as a central point of coordination for communications and training
• Support configuration and integration of internal systems and workflows to align with the new ERP framework
• Lead or contribute to test planning, user acceptance testing, and resolution of defects
• Assist in transitioning banking integrations to the new ERP platform
• Work closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Contribute to the development of improved internal controls, reporting processes, and system documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, particularly within the EMEA region Requirements
• Demonstrated experience supporting at least 3 successful full-cycle ERP implementations (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
• Hands-on exposure to Finance systems, time tracking modules, and related reporting solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams
• An organised, detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to delivery
• Knowledge of data migration, UAT, and change management best practices
Professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, or similar) and/or project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2) are beneficial
