SAP Integration Lead required for defining, governing and assuring the end-to-end SAP Integration and design across a complex enterprise landscape. As part of client undertaking multiple new SAP and Business projects, enhancements and change requests, which underpin a large central government body.

Key Duties:

  • Manage the SAP integration landscape, primarily based on SAP PI/PO, ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing integration services across enterprise applications.
  • Lead Migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Provide technical leadership and governance for integration architecture, design standards, development practices, and operational support processes.
  • Manage and mentor integration development teams, coordinating resources, priorities, delivery plans, and technical quality.
  • Lead the delivery of change initiatives within a Business-as-Usual (BAU) environment, ensuring successful implementation of projects.
  • Oversee end-to-end integration project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, project managers, and application teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
  • Establish and maintain integration governance, release management, change control, and service management processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of integration platforms through automation, monitoring, performance optimisation, and proactive issue management.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements across integration solutions, including cloud and hybrid integration scenarios.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, providing technical oversight and ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and service levels.

Expectation is for a hybrid model and will require some on-site capacity due to seniority of role, for key project milestones and periods.

Please Note: We can only accept applications from UK based nationals and Passport holders due to a level of UK security clearance being required. Non UK National and residents cannot be considered. Contract will require Consultants to be inside IR35 and only Invenio Payroll for the duration. Work will be expected to last into 2029, Initial contract: 31/12/26.
