With a strong presence across the South and London, and continued investment in infrastructure and talent, this is a compelling opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in developing and growing the Property Disputes practice in London, working closely with senior leadership and the wider Real Estate group. This is a strategic hire with genuine scope to shape the direction of the practice.
The firm is open to both salaried and equity partners and offers a supportive, well-resourced platform to scale your practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on a broad range of property dispute matters
- Act as a senior advisor on complex, high-value cases
- Develop and grow your client base, with support from the wider firm
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Contribute to and execute business development strategies
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their development
- Collaborate with the wider Real Estate and Disputes teams
- Drive thought leadership and raise market profile
Candidate Profile
- Established experience in Commercial or Residential property disputes
- Proven track record of business development and client relationship management
- Existing client following and/or a credible business plan
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Leadership experience or clear potential to step into a leadership role
- A collaborative mindset aligned with a modern, growth-focused firm
