Associates can expect exposure to a broad range of sophisticated matters, including:

  • Cross-border restructurings and insolvencies
  • Liability management exercises and special situations financings
  • Distressed debt and stressed investment scenarios
  • Chapter 11 and English restructuring plan processes
  • Acquisition and rescue financings
  • Creditor-side and ad hoc committee mandates

  • Acting on major English law restructuring plans
  • Advising financing sources on Chapter 11 exit financings
  • Representing creditor groups and noteholders on complex European restructurings

The successful candidate will benefit from:

  • Cravath compensation
  • Market-leading deal exposure
  • A highly entrepreneurial and collaborative culture
  • Excellent long-term progression prospects within a growing London platform

Requirements: England and Wales qualified, with experience in a top tier R&I team, or an NQ approaching qualification with a seat within R&I. This is a genuinely leanly staffed environment, offering junior associates exceptional responsibility, direct partner access, and exposure to cutting-edge restructuring strategies and high-stakes negotiations from an early stage. This is a rare opportunity for a high-calibre junior lawyer to join one of the market’s premier US practices at a particularly exciting stage of growth.
