The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join this firm’s established real estate practice. This is a rare opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving team and work on high-end legal matters with meaningful client interaction. The role spans residential, commercial, and real estate finance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Land Acquisition & Development : Oversee due diligence, draft/advise on all documentation, and guide clients through acquisitions, developments, and land collaborations.
- Conveyancing : Handle residential and commercial property transactions.
- Strata Law : Advise on strata governance, disputes, and corporate management.
- Real Estate Finance : Advise on property financing, legal opinions, and institutional dealings.
- Property Management : Address consents, rights grants, and disputes pre-litigation.
- Landlord & Tenant : Draft/advise on leases, licences, terminations, disputes, renewals, and more.
Candidate Profile:
- 7–14 years’ PQE from a leading UK or offshore firm.
- Strong expertise in residential and commercial real estate law.
- Qualified in Cayman Islands, England & Wales, or another common law jurisdiction.
- Excellent academic background and technical ability.
- Commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a self-starter attitude.
