Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to hire a Corporate Law focused Innovation & Legal Transformation Manager to join its London-based Innovation, Design & Technology team. This role will work closely with Corporate lawyers, clients, and internal innovation teams to help improve the delivery of legal services through GenAI, legal technology, process improvement, and new ways of working. The position is highly collaborative and client-facing, focused on identifying opportunities for innovation, supporting the adoption of AI tools, and helping teams develop more scalable and efficient delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with lawyers and clients to identify innovation and process improvement opportunities
  • Support the adoption and practical use of GenAI tools within Corporate teams
  • Help shape and deliver technology-enabled legal solutions
  • Support pilots, transformation projects, and wider rollouts
  • Deliver training and guidance to lawyers on new tools and ways of working
  • Work across legal, operational, and technology teams to drive change initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years’ PQE within a Corporate transactional practice
  • Experience working on innovation, transformation, or process improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of GenAI and legal technology
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A commercial and solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to work confidently in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and legal technology platforms would be advantageous.
