A UK Top 50 law practice is seeking a Solicitor / Associate (NQ – 3 PQE) to join their growing Property Disputes team in their Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, high-profile, regional and national matters, with strong opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support a wide array of high-profile commercial clients including national and regional property owners, landlords and tenants, investors, large retailers, transport and renewable entities, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Work across a broad range of contentious property matters, including development land and property contracts, commercial landlord and tenant issues (lease renewals and termination, disrepair, dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, breach of lease covenants, service charge disputes).
- Assist with property-related disputes such as trusts of land matters.
- Support disputes in the energy and renewables sector including land rights, easements, restrictive covenants, trespass, nuisance claims, and interpretation/enforcement of agreements.
- Play an active role in networking and business development.
- Build and manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers across the national team.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
- England and Wales qualified, NQ-3 years.
- Proactive, shows initiative, and demonstrates strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Ability to provide practical, commercially focused advice under pressure.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
