Representative Matters

You will work alongside litigators involved in some of the most significant offshore disputes. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and contribute to high‑value commercial and corporate litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, submissions, and evidence in complex disputes.
  • Attend and conduct hearings before the Grand Court and Court of Appeal.
  • Work closely with partners on strategy, case development, and client management.
  • Liaise across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate with international teams.
  • Provide pragmatic advice regarding legal, commercial, and reputational risks.
Candidate Profile
  • 3–6 years’ PQE, trained and qualified at a reputable onshore or offshore firm.
  • Strong background in commercial litigation, insolvency, or financial services disputes.
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Confident handling complex and multi‑jurisdictional matters.
  • A team player with strong commercial judgment and client‑handling capabilities.
  • Able to relocate to the Cayman Islands or already be based here.
