A leading Top 50 UK law firm is seeking a senior lawyer to join its highly regarded Construction & Engineering team. This is a fully flexible, remote-friendly role with the option to work from any of the firm's offices across the UK or remote working.

The Role
You will be joining a specialist team handling both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. Clients include public and private sector organisations, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and funders. The team works on a broad range of contracts, including JCT, NEC, GC/Works, ACE, RIBA, RICS, FIDIC, and PFI/PPP forms.
The role offers exposure to:
- Advising on potential disputes and active disputes under main industry standard form contracts.
- Adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
- High-value and complex projects with clients across London, the Southeast, East of England, and nationally.
Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years PQE of contentious construction gained at a strong regional, national, or City firm, or international equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and dispute resolution.
- Experience in litigation, adjudication, and/or arbitration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships at a senior level.
