The firm is seeking an experienced and ambitious Employment Senior Associate to join its growing London team. • Work alongside colleagues in other practice areas on regulatory/employment crossover issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice.
  • Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and the growth of the practice.
  • Supervise junior lawyers and support their professional development.

Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • Minimum 2019 qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent with London market experience).

  • Previous exposure to cross-border employment work.
  • Demonstrable track record in business development and networking.

The Offer

  • High-quality, complex, and often international work.
