We are working with a leading international law firm seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to support its market-leading Private Equity team in London. The role will see you focus on:

  • monitoring legal and market developments within private equity and corporate M&A,
  • maintaining and developing know-how and precedents,
  • delivering internal training programmes,
  • supporting thought leadership and client-facing content,
  • driving innovation through legal tech, AI and process improvement initiatives.

The position works closely with Private Equity, Funds, Tax and Finance teams, alongside wider Knowledge Management and Business Development functions.

Candidates should ideally have:

  • 5+ years’ PQE within a leading private equity or corporate practice,
  • strong technical knowledge of private equity and private M&A transactions,
  • excellent drafting, research and communication skills,
  • an interest in legal technology, AI and knowledge innovation.

Previous PSL/Knowledge Lawyer experience is advantageous but not essential. Part-time applicants will also be considered.
