This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside recognised partners on a broad mix of contentious, non-contentious and advisory employment matters for an impressive client base spanning retail, leisure, financial services, professional services, media, technology, arts and culture, including international businesses. You will advise on a wide range of employment law issues, including: β’ Complex disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management matters β’ Discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing and Employment Tribunal litigation β’ Workforce restructurings, redundancies and organisational change projects β’ Employment aspects of M&A and corporate transactions, including due diligence and transactional support β’ Cross-border employment projects and international workforce matters β’ High Court employment disputes, injunctions and enforcement actions β’ Financial services regulatory employment issues, including remuneration, SMCR and conduct matters β’ Partnership and LLP disputes and governance issues UK qualified solicitor 2-5 PQE with strong employment law experience β’ Strong technical skills combined with commercial awareness β’ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities β’ High-quality, varied work with excellent client access β’ Genuine opportunities for progression and professional development β’ Competitive remuneration and benefits package
