Experience: 15 Years +
Qualifications:
- 15+ Years SAP HCM and HR Payroll full solution delivery experience.
- SME level SAP ECP ability.
- ECC to ECP cloud Payroll migration experience on large enterprise programme scale.
- Solution lead experience in SAP cloud HCM.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP HR/Payroll project implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, third‑party vendors).
- Ensure project governance, risk management, and compliance with delivery standards.
- Facilitate project workshops, steering committee updates, and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication.
- Support change impact assessments and adoption strategies.
Purpose: Lead the strategy, design, and execution of solution for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud HCM PAYROLL migration from ECC6.
