Location: London, UK and remote, client site Hybrid
SAP EWM S/4HANA
Migrate to SAP S/4HANA Private cloud primarily using a brownfield migration methodology but enabled by selective data transfer techniques to phase the migration over 18 months and enable redundant parts of the organisation (Acquisitions subsequently rolled into core manufacturing plants and sales and service centres) to not be taken across. The exception to the brownfield methodology is in Manufacturing functionality which will be a total transformation to resolve the current major issues. Each of the 7 major manufacturing sites will also be deployed with an embedded EWM warehouse. At present only one manufacturing site has a WM warehouse.
From an EWM perspective we will be deploying Basic Embedded EWM process covering inbound, internal processes and outbound processes with RF handheld terminal deployment. Outbound processes will include kitting in the warehouse, handling units, production staging and KANBAN transfer.
