📍 Territory: South East England & Thames Valley (Oxford, Reading, Guildford, Slough, and surrounding areas)

💰 £42,000–£50,000 base + 40% bonus + car

A global leader in molecular biology research tools is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and customer engagement across the South East UK region. You’ll represent a well-established brand in genomics and life sciences, selling into academic, biotech, and industrial clients.

💡 This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded MSc/PhD-qualified scientist with hands-on NGS or molecular biology experience looking to transition into — or grow within — a technical sales role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🧪 Managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers

🧪 Delivering product presentations and technical consultations

🧪 Identifying new opportunities and growing key accounts

🧪 Collaborating with application specialists, marketing, and wider sales team

🧪 Maintaining CRM records and reporting market feedback

What You’ll Need:

✅ MSc or PhD in molecular biology or related life science field (lab experience required for MScs)

✅ Experience with NGS or molecular biology techniques

✅ Driver’s licence and willingness to travel

✅ Based in or near the territory

✅ Motivated by targets and bonus (not just a base salary)

✅ Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

💥 Sales experience in life science is highly valued but not essential — we’re also open to applications from strong FAS candidates or technical lab scientists ready to move into sales.
