Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a small commercial team (1 Sales Specialist and 1 Field Application Specialist) based in the Nordics.
- Manage relationships with distribution partners across the UK, Ireland, Iceland, Denmark, and Finland.
- Achieve ambitious regional sales targets, supporting both established accounts and new market expansion.
- Take ownership of strategic projects and key accounts within the EMEA region.
- Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and pricing proposals, maintaining updates in CRM/SFDC systems and ensuring all internal approvals are secured promptly.
- Attend seminars, exhibitions, and technical demonstrations to promote brand visibility and market awareness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company and competitor products, ensuring presentation materials are accurate and persuasive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science (preferably Chemistry or Food Science).

- Proven experience in analytical, food, chemistry, or materials science, with a strong industry network.
- Demonstrates high integrity and ethical standards.
- Results-driven, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent motivation for commercial success.
