Invenia Group has partnered with a specialist pharmaceutical company looking to hire a Project Manager in the UK for its growing team of experts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and rewarding organisation, where you can make a difference within the industry.

The Project Manager leads and directs a variety of projects with external partners and internal stakeholders with the aim of bringing new medicines to international markets. Typically, projects are external assets from Business Development agreements or, potentially, mergers and acquisitions.

The role holder will lead internal and external stakeholders across all functions to scope, plan, manage risks and deliver projects to support strategic company growth. The role holder will recommend, align and implement improvements across PMO (Project Management Organisation), whether to drive efficiencies in current programs or to support the business heading into new directions.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Proven project success and extensive experience managing external partnerships within Pharma, Healthcare, or Med Device sectors.
  • Degree level or equivalent in Scientific, Business or Project Management discipline.
  • Strong financial acumen, proficiency in standard Microsoft Office Suite plus Project and PowerBI, broad cross-functional business experience, demonstrated leadership abilities, complex problem-solving skills, delivery of results on critical projects.
  • Ideally, PMI qualified.
