We have partnered with a fast-growing generics drug manufacturer, providing high quality medicines to patients globally. We are looking to hire a Business Development & Alliance Manager to join the growing team, based in the UK.

Role responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential business partners to foster growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Structure deals and draft commercial proposals.
  • Assist in strategizing, designing, and executing regional partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to finalize confidentiality agreements, licensing, supply, and distribution contracts.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of projects and business deals.
  • Manage end-to-end client-side activities for new launches following deal closures.
  • Maintain and strengthen partnerships after product or service launches.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute and implement partnership agreements and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.

  • Strong critical thinking abilities to draw sound conclusions from information and various data sources at their disposal
