Invenia Group has partnered with a specialist pharmaceutical company looking to hire a Project Manager in the UK for its growing team of experts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and rewarding organisation, where you can make a difference within the industry. The NPD Project Manager leads and directs a variety of Programmes and Projects mainly with internal partners. The role holder will lead stakeholders across all functions to scope, plan, manage risks and deliver projects in order to support strategic company growth. The role holder will recommend, align and implement improvements across PMO, whether to drive efficiencies in current programmes or to support the business heading into new directions. What we are looking for: We are looking for someone with a Degree or equivalent in a scientific, business or project management discipline, as well as previous experience managing projects – ideally product development and launch across multiple markets (preferably healthcare, pharma or medical device sectors). You will also have experience: Leading programmes Working with external partners Continuous improvement / establishing project management ways of working Desirable skills: Portfolio management Data analysis
