The Role:
- Service & Maintenance – Install, repair, and maintain analytical instruments for customers in raw materials and manufacturing industries.
- Customer Support – Provide hands-on technical assistance and training.
- Travel & Autonomy – Cover a regional area with 4–5 days of travel per week, typically staying away 2–3 nights per week.
- Self-Management – Own your schedule, travel, and customer appointments.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with a highly experienced team, backed by strong technical and administrative support.
What We’re Looking For:
- HNC / HND or Degree in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry with Electronics knowledge (a must for X-ray systems).
- Field Service experience with scientific, analytical, or industrial instrumentation (biomedical alone may not be suitable).
- Ability to work independently, self-organize, and handle frequent travel.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK & Ireland.
