We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven sales professional to take on a key role supporting the growth of cutting-edge clinical diagnostics across the UK. This is a chance to join a developing team focused on advanced digital diagnostics – including molecular and genomic tools that support personalised treatment decisions in oncology and infectious diseases. You’ll be the expert voice in your territory, helping major hospitals and specialist centres adopt solutions that genuinely improve patient outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Growing sales and expanding strategic accounts across public and private healthcare
- Building strong relationships with oncology consultants, nurses and wider MDTs
- Delivering high-quality product training and education in clinical environments
- Engaging with patient groups, charities and market access bodies
- Owning a clear commercial plan for your territory and reporting on performance
- Supporting smooth ordering, logistics and customer experience
- Keeping a close eye on competitor activity and shaping the local response
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in life sciences, biology, medicine or similar
- Strong background in diagnostic or laboratory test commercialisation
- Proven consultative selling experience within oncology or cardiology settings
- A solid network of oncology healthcare professionals
- Detailed understanding of cancer pathways, biomarkers and personalised medicine
- 3–5+ years working with major cancer or clinical centres
- Confident use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong grasp of the UK reimbursement landscape for diagnostics
