Role Objective
The objective of this role is to produce detailed reports, engage with tenants during appointments, and represent the company. The Inventory and Check-out consultant plays a key role in negotiations with tenants at check-out. Fairness and firmness are vital to protect both the landlord and the company\βs reputation.
Requirements
- A full clean driving licence and your own car (beneficial).
- Experience in property inventories (full training provided to Inven3 standard).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Own iPad (software not compatible with Android).
- Industry-recognised qualifications such as APIP, ARLA, NFOPP, and NAEA are advantageous.

Payment
