Inven3 Specialists Ltd now seek to appoint Self Employed Property Inventory Clerks.

Role Objective

The objective of this role is to produce detailed reports, engage with tenants during appointments, and represent the company. The Inventory and Check-out consultant plays a key role in negotiations with tenants at check-out. Fairness and firmness are vital to protect both the landlord and the company\’s reputation.

Requirements

  • A full clean driving licence and your own car (beneficial).
  • Experience in property inventories (full training provided to Inven3 standard).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Own iPad (software not compatible with Android).
  • Industry-recognised qualifications such as APIP, ARLA, NFOPP, and NAEA are advantageous.

Payment
