We are delighted to have been retained by a dynamic and growing multinational (re)insurer, seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Actuary to lead third‑party pricing oversight and large reinsurance case pricing.

About the role

This high‑impact position oversees pricing for a multi‑£billion portfolio, drives independent case reviews, and manages key strategic relationships across multiple external partners. The successful candidate will work across pricing, reserving, and capital management in an evolving, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead third‑party pricing oversight and large reinsurance case pricing.
• Drive independent case reviews for a multi‑billion portfolio.
• Engage senior‑level internal teams and external partners.
• Provide challenge and insight across pricing, reserving, and capital management.
• Influence major strategic decisions while retaining hands‑on analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in reinsurance or specialty pricing within a non‑life (re)insurance business.
• Prior hands‑on experience in reserving or capital management is advantageous.
• Strong relationship‑management skills.
• Ready to step beyond traditional boundaries and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
