Reporting to the Head of Wordings, you will provide specialist technical support to underwriting, claims and other stakeholders, ensuring policy documentation is clear, accurate, commercially appropriate and compliant. Draft, review, negotiate and agree policy wordings, clauses and contractual documentation. Ensure documentation aligns with legal, regulatory, reinsurance and internal governance requirements. Support underwriting and claims teams on technical wording issues and claims outcomes. Ensure compliance with Lloyd's requirements and market best practice. Support regulatory reviews and promote fair customer outcomes. Contribute to training and the development of wording capability across the business. You will bring strong technical expertise, commercial judgement and a collaborative approach, with: Experience with multi-jurisdictional business, including US surplus lines and non-admitted risks. A good understanding of underwriting and claims.
