We are partnering with a leading, fast-growing insurance organisation seeking a strategic Divisional Chief Data Officer. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving data strategy, governance, and transformation across the division, ensuring data is leveraged as a strategic asset to enhance business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the divisional data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee data governance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior data leader within the insurance industry, ideally within the London Insurance market.
• Strong background in data strategy, governance, and transformation, with a track record of driving impactful data initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
