The Sales Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the South of the UK, selling Group Commercial Lifts into commercial properties. Visiting end users, architects, developers, main contractors and local authorities to gain an understanding of the customer requirements, providing a consultative sales approach and guidance on a suitable solution, promoting the benefits of the Company’s products and services to ensure Invalifts is the preferred supplier.

Key Accountability / Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact new opportunities from prospecting and referrals, and CRM data
  • Work with CRM to manage customer interactions, pipeline activities, and opportunity updates
  • Build and maintain good, long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage and grow an existing pipeline
  • Work closely with the internal team to achieve monthly KPI’s
  • Prepare and update monthly sales forecasts
  • Achieve individual KPI, revenue and margin targets
  • Develop rapport with customers to understand their requirements
  • Understand architect drawings, site details and costing information to prepare client offer
  • Follow up quotations, negotiate contract costs and terms, attend design meetings and pre contract meetings
  • Correctly produce order documentation for client sign off and approval
  • Configure lifts on PLOF
