I am currently recruiting for a high-profile industry manufacturer, and due to their continued success they are looking to add another Project Coordinator to their fast-paced Team. The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for customers
- Maintain regular communication with customers and external contractors to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate customer orders, working closely with subcontractors, in-house production, and installation teams.
- Support Project Managers to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently and profitably.
- Process completed orders through the ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Maintain detailed activity logs, providing clear project updates for senior management.
- Review ongoing client services to ensure operational capability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor ERP reports and KPIs to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure all work complies with company operational procedures, including Health & Safety and ERP system requirements.
- Collaborate with fellow Project Coordinators to share knowledge and support project delivery.
- Assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Build positive working relationships across all departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Carry out any additional duties as required by management.
