Responsibilities

  • Oversee all overnight operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the hotel.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival during late hours, providing a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
  • Manage the front desk and handle guest inquiries, requests, and check-ins/check-outs.
  • Supervise the night team, providing guidance and support as needed.
