Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the hotel.
- Welcome guests upon arrival during late hours, providing a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
- Manage the front desk and handle guest inquiries, requests, and check-ins/check-outs.
- Supervise the night team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure security protocols are followed and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
