Which is why we’re searching for a new Food & Beverage Assistant at voco Belfast, confident in delivering unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from welcome drinks to starter, dessert and beyond.

This is a part time 20 hour contract with flexibility of hours during holiday cover

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Providingefficient, prompt and exceptional Guest and Corporate experienceswithin Food & Beverage from our full service POMO restaurant to Meeting & Events.
  • Be proactive in dealingwith compliments and complaints and reporting them to the manager/supervisor as required.
  • Ensuring Food & Beverage standards deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices.
  • Helping set exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas.
  • Receiving and processing guest payments.

What we need from you

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably within a hotel setting
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
