Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with high-quality standards and recipes.
  • Assist in the creation of innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain inventory levels and minimize waste.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
