You'll be responsible for the running of a medium-sized warehouse, with 150 orders going out and 4-5 deliveries coming in per day. As the Supervisor, you'll be ensuring the warehouse is organised, well-stocked and tidy, and supporting our two warehouse operatives in packing orders, putting stock away and managing returns. This role is a full-time, Monday to Friday role. Standard hours are 8am to 4pm with 30 minutes lunch. Responsibilities: Ensuring the warehouse is organised and tidy. Making sure stock is stored efficiently and safely. Guiding and supporting the warehouse operations. Identifying and implementing efficiencies and improvements in the warehouse. Essential skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to problem solve and take ownership. Self-motivated team player. Attention to detail. Can-do, positive attitude. Minimum five year of warehouse working; ideally with previous supervisor experience.
