This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing private healthcare company focused on sleep and respiratory health. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. This is intended to be a hybrid working role, with typically three office days and two remote working days per week.
Responsibilities:- Providing outstanding customer service through phone and email.
- Taking telephone orders and payments.
- Processing returns and refunds.
- Supporting the sleep test team with their processes.
- Some general data entry / admin tasks as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and take ownership.
- Self-motivated team player.

- Minimum two years of customer service experience (office or retail).
