FULL TIME ADMINISTRATOR required for Intumescent Systems Ltd, Envirograf House, Barfrestone, nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG. You would be working with the MD and other staff. The position is for someone who has a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook) and Internet proficiently. Responsibilities include typing up letters and emails, dealing with the diary and enquiries on a day-to-day basis.
Must be able to work under specific instruction when required, also be able to multitask if needed and work comfortably alone. This position sometimes requires time management skills.
Experience and attributes required for this role are:
- Previous administration experience and Microsoft Office skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION: 08.30am - 5.30pm Monday – Friday. 28 days holidays, (this includes all bank holidays).
