Primary Function of Position: The Account Manager drives execution of transaction management activities from multiple aspects ranging from quoting, contracting and portfolio management in a cross-functional collaborative environment, particularly with respect to our UKI market. The Account Manager drives and contributes to process improvement with respect to commercial solutions and finance to meet Market requirements and support commercial activity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing deal desk activities from deal structuring, quoting support, contract negotiations including data privacy discussions and portfolio management among others for UKI market.
  • Establishing, developing business relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Providing support for import communication and logistic coordination.
  • Analyzing agreements and quotes to ensure compliance with company policies, governmental regulations, revenue recognition and other requirements.
  • Managing portfolio life cycle and all related activities, including but not limited to contracts, subscriptions, and lease events, advise Commercial teams on timelines and solutions available.
  • First point of contact for Commercial Solution team in the Market.
  • Advising and establishing, executing Customer acquisition models together with other members of the Commercial Solutions team.
  • Supporting and managing new product launches, projects and process development initiatives in UKI.

Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Law/Finance/Economics degrees.
  • Minimum 3 years prior experience with commercial contracts, wide experience in negotiating transactions, drafting, supporting and executing commercial capital transactions, negotiation terms and conditions, experience in tender management.
  • Project management skills, ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Service-oriented approach.
  • Strong interest towards business and commercial contracts, financial activities and business decisions, readiness to work hand-in-hand with Salesforce in the frontline, sales agility.
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to function in a fast-paced, quarterly driven environment while keeping long-term objectives in mind.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including contract language drafting skills).
  • Proactive and ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of standard commercial/contracting legal terms and conditions.
  • Understanding financial and business concepts.
  • Fluency in English, French or German is a plus.
