Primary Function of Position:
An Endoluminal Sales Manager is responsible for selling the Ion Endoluminal System to greenfield and existing hospitals within the assigned territory. The role requires expert knowledge of diagnostic robotics, consultative and executive selling, the ability to build multidisciplinary advocacy teams, and the leadership to manage complex capital sales from opportunity identification through implementation. The Endoluminal Sales Manager serves as the strategic commercial lead for each opportunity, partnering cross-functionally to accelerate market adoption and deliver sustainable procedural growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete capital sales process from prospecting to contract signature and installation.
- Develop territory and strategic account plans aligned with regional business objectives.
- Build executive, clinical and economic advocacy across C-suite, physicians, procurement and hospital administration.
- Lead executive presentations, business case discussions and value-based selling initiatives.
- Drive market development by identifying new accounts, clinical champions and key opinion leaders.
- Coordinate complex cross-functional deal teams including Clinical Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Service and Operations.
- Support tenders, procurement processes and contract negotiations. Ensure smooth transition from capital sale to clinical implementation and procedural adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasting and opportunity management.
- Travel extensively (approximately 70%).
Qualifications Performance Objectives:
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop sustainable customer relationships across assigned territory.
- Create compelling financial and clinical business cases.
- Drive forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline management.
- Expand market awareness and accelerate adoption of the Ion platform.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience.
- Experience selling capital medical equipment preferred.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of bronchoscopy, endoscopy and/or operating room environments.
- Demonstrated strategic account management and complex stakeholder management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and business planning skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
