Job Description
Primary Function of Position: The UKI FSO Manager acts as the trusted advisor and strategy development partner of UKI Vice President. With the support of a local analyst, he/she develops insights to guide senior executives, accelerate growth, and enhance commercial execution. He/she supports the General Manager for financial planning activities related to reporting, forecasting, and planning of the business. He/she is part of the senior leadership team within the UKI and will help shape and drive the business in the coming years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- With support from functional leader, serve as strategy partner and consultant for local leadership.
- Provide analytical insights to the leadership to drive performance.
- Develop board-level presentation materials for executive leadership.
- Develop and track annual regional goals across a matrix organization in support of local initiatives.
- Deliver on Sales Operations activities and deliverables, such as, but not limited to: Territory Design, Quota setting, Customer targeting, Performance management, etc.
- Deliver on FP&A activities and deliverables, such as, but not limited to: Monthly Close, Long-range Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, P&L Management, etc.
- Develop and manage a team of analysts. Prioritize requests and deliver upon stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Desire to work in a fast paced and complex team environment.
- Quick learner and ability to drive successful results with limited supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in mainstream data and productivity tools as well as experience in building state-of-the-art models to solve complex financial and operational issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and FX management.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
