Role Overview: We are hiring a senior Field Marketing leader for EMEA to drive regional marketing strategy and execution, while working closely with our global marketing organization. This role owns EMEA market marketing performance—including pipeline generation, events, and regional demand programs—while ensuring alignment with global campaigns, messaging, and GTM priorities. You will act as the bridge between global marketing and EMEA sales/alliance teams, ensuring global programs are effectively localized and executed, and that EMEA market insights shape global strategy. This is a high-ownership, self-directed role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- EMEA Market Ownership & Pipeline Growth
- Own marketing contribution to EMEA pipeline and revenue targets
- Define and execute regional marketing plans aligned to business priorities
- Partner with EMEA sales leadership to align on target accounts, industries, and GTM motions
- Align closely with global marketing (North America & India) on campaigns, messaging, and priorities
- Act as the EMEA lead for global campaign rollouts and regional execution
- Provide structured feedback and insights from EMEA to improve global programs
- Design and execute integrated campaigns across EMEA (ABM, digital, partner marketing, outbound programs)
- Drive engagement across strategic enterprise accounts (top 20–50)
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing, sales, and alliances for pipeline progression
- Own execution of EMEA field marketing programs (executive dinners, roundtables, industry events, partner events)
- Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) on joint regional events and campaigns
- Ensure strong ROI measurement and pipeline conversion from events
- Adapt global messaging and content for EMEA audiences and industries
- Partner with technical and sales teams to develop regionally relevant narratives and use cases
- Maintain global brand consistency while tailoring for local market nuances
- Track EMEA campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Ensure strong use of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Report regularly to leadership with clear insights on regional marketing impact
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience in cloud, data, AI, or technology consulting
- Strong experience in field marketing, ABM, and enterprise demand generation
- Experience working within a global marketing organization with regional ownership
- Proven ability to operate independently and execute end-to-end programs
- Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Alliances, and Leadership
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
