We are looking for talented graduates wishing to pursue a career in business development and management. This is an exciting opportunity for those who have a keen interest in international experiences with the role based in our London commercial office. Selected candidates will commence their journey with an initial two-week training period at our Dublin headquarters before transitioning to their permanent role in London.

The successful candidates will be at the forefront of our business development efforts and will be involved in a wide array of activities to gain exposure to and build familiarity with our products, services, and markets:

  • Developing a lead database of potential prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, showcasing your digital acumen.
  • Utilising our software and your research skills to collect essential information (prospect name, position, contact details, etc.).
  • Qualifying prospects via email and over the phone against key criteria.
  • Managing the design and development of proposals in conjunction with internal resources.
  • Creating client development plans, exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the account.
  • Creating account reviews to ensure client satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing.
  • Willingness to travel.
