Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
- Develop BRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and business efficiencies.
Project Delivery
- Manage project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
- Track dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Ensure effective governance, scope control, and delivery execution.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Drive decision-making, alignment, and communications.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Delivery Leadership
- Own successful end-to-end project outcomes.
- Support testing, business readiness, implementation, and adoption.
- Focus on measurable business value and operational improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience operating in a hybrid BA/PM capacity.
- Strong Insurance and Underwriting domain knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
Ability to produce:
- BRDs and Functional Specifications
- User Stories and Process Maps
- Project Plans and RAID Logs
Preferred Experience
- London Market Insurance
