Job Description:
- Oversee the daily setup, operation and basic maintenance of the Client robots and associated hardware.
- Execute various manipulation tasks in a virtual reality environment with an aim in collecting clean datasets.
- All data will be clean and usable, fully representing manipulation tasks performed.
- Collect data related to the operations of the robot and its performance of various assigned tasks (Robot Data) via a virtual reality headset.
- Retrieve and label datasets in accordance with Client standards and direction and save them in the appropriate, Client-assigned repositories.
- Ensure all Robot Data collected is in accordance with established Client acceptance standards.
- Ensure robotic hardware and software configuration control.
- Run daily validation checks as specified by Client, and track and record any diversion from current configuration of both hardware and software between Robot Data collection sessions.
- Troubleshoot and report any test results or issues relating to robotic hardware and software.
- Record and report any deviations on hardware or software to Client.
- Recognize deviations from standard operating environments and performance that occur during the course of data collection.
- Create and refine documentation and procedures.
- Read and understand all documentation related to and prior to providing the Services.
