Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems such as ADP, Payroll, ERP, and Finance applications.
- Design and build interfaces using SuccessFactors Integration Center, OData APIs, SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite, and Middleware tools.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting of inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs, OData, Integration Center, and Employee Central.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Understanding of payroll integrations (ADP, SAP Payroll, or third-party payroll systems).
- Good knowledge of XML, JSON, REST/SOAP web services.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
