Knowledge of Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans.
Understanding of workforce compensation cycles and eligibility profiles.
Proficiency in Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules and calculations.
Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
Understanding of the integration with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management.
Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party system integration is a plus.
