Responsibilities
- Leading and influencing design workshops ensuring that the business and customer requirements are maintained in line with system capability.
- Utilise operational and technical product knowledge to deliver an aligned output process map that connects both areas.
- Ensuring all designs make use of standard product(s) and processes in support of the overall standardization agenda.
- Ensuring effective and consistent handover of design into projects for delivery.
- Guide and review at key validation points to ensure the design has not changed significantly without scope change documentation.
Skillset
- MAWM & WMOS extensive knowledge (WMOS to demonstrate brevity).
- Extensive operational background.
- Strong communicator/Strong influencing skills.
- Integration changes including MHE integration.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL.
- 2+ years experience in a design lead capacity.
- 5+ years as configuration resource.
- Previously led MAWM projects.
- Wide knowledge of 3PL.
