Job Description
Role: ServiceNow Architect/Lead Architect
We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of Service Management experience and 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect/Lead Architect.
Key Skills:
- Strong ServiceNow ITOM, Event Management & Event-to-Incident Automation
- Hands-on ServiceNow FSM, Dynamic Scheduling & Dispatching
- Strong ITSM, CMDB & CSDM knowledge
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping & Operational Intelligence
- Integration expertise using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub & MID Server
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, etc.
- Proven experience designing event correlation, monitoring and automation solutions
- Large-scale Field Service/Field Operations transformation experience
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
