Professional: 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow required; 10+ years of experience with IT Industry required.
Academics: Certification as a ServiceNow System certified administration; CIS in Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management; Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM; ITIL Foundations certification is preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
