About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits Consultant to join a major UK Government HR transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits solutions while working closely with HR teams and business stakeholders. The programme will deliver a shared-services HR, Finance, and Payroll transformation across multiple government departments, enhancing the employee experience for over 250,000 civil servants.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits.
- Proven experience configuring salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation cycles.
- Strong knowledge of Workforce Compensation Plans and Total Compensation Statements.
- Good understanding of eligibility profiles and workforce compensation processes.
- Proficiency in Fast Formulas for compensation calculations.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL).
