- This role offers the opportunity to combine deep SAP expertise with strategic influence across a critical business function.
- Strategic Impact - Help shape SAP roadmaps and technology strategies that support Org. long-term business objectives.
- End-to-End Solution Ownership - Lead functional design, configuration and assurance activities across SAP HR and Payroll initiatives.
- Business-Facing Role - Work closely with HR, Payroll and senior stakeholders to develop solutions that deliver meaningful business value.
- Continuous Improvement Culture - Drive enhancements and innovations that improve efficiency, user experience and operational performance.
- Modern SAP Environment - Contribute to solutions spanning SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and integrated enterprise applications.
- Technical Leadership - Act as a trusted advisor and functional expert, helping shape delivery decisions and solution outcomes.
What you'll bring:
SAP HR & Payroll Expertise
Extensive experience working with SAP HCM and Payroll
Strong SuccessFactors knowledge, ideally including Employee Central configuration
Experience supporting enterprise HR and payroll transformation initiatives
SuccessFactors Knowledge
Experience across a range of SuccessFactors modules, including:
- Career Development Planning - Goal Management - Performance Management - Learning & Development - Recruitment & Onboarding - Payroll - Recruitment Marketing
Solution Design & Delivery

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
Proven ability to design and configure SAP solutions aligned to business objectives
Experience supporting the full delivery life cycle, including blueprinting, testing, deployment and post-go-live support
Stakeholder Management
Ability to build strong relationships across HR, Payroll, IT and third-party suppliers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non
