We\’re looking for an experienced
UKG Pro WFM Consultant
to join our team and take ownership of configuring, maintaining, and optimizing UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos). This role plays a vital part in enhancing workforce planning, crew scheduling, and analytics capabilities within a dynamic field services environment.
What You\’ll Do:
- Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules- Timekeeping, Absence, Scheduling, Analytics
- Support and integrate UKG Dimensions and Passport applications
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
What We\’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions)
- Solid understanding of workforce management processes
- UKG Pro certification
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and SQL (bonus)
