IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant – French Speaking

We’re looking for a French speaking IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant to help us find the brightest IT talent for exciting contract roles in our vibrant London office. If you're driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting great candidates with amazing opportunities, this could be your next big step!
Your Role:
As a French-speaking IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you’ll be the backbone of our recruitment process, sourcing and screening top-tier IT candidates and ensuring they’re matched with the right roles. You’ll be collaborating closely with our Account Managers and as your career progresses, possibly even client managers to make sure every placement is a success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of tools – from our internal database to job boards, social media, and beyond.
- Screening candidates thoroughly to ensure they’re the perfect fit for our clients.
- Conducting in-depth phone interviews with professional-level candidates to assess their skills and suitability.
- Updating our internal systems to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinating interviews and managing communication between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless process.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales driven phone based role. (If you’re already experienced in IT Recruitment, even better!)
- Fluency in French and English , both written and spoken. Bonus points if you speak another additional language!
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll need to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on the details that make the difference.

- Strong computer literacy and the ability to manage tasks efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
