The opportunity

We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone who wants to build a desk β€” and own it. Intuition IT Solutions is a specialist technology recruitment firm based in central London. What you'll actually do

  • Drive new business β€” proactively identify and win new client relationships through outreach, networking, and converting warm leads. This is a BD-led role first.
  • Own the full 360 desk β€” you'll manage both sides of the process: building client relationships and sourcing, screening, and placing strong technical candidates.
  • Build a pipeline that compounds β€” you'll work the market intelligently, not just reactively. That means mapping accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and spotting opportunities before they go live.
  • Represent clients credibly β€” get under the skin of your clients' tech stacks, team structures, and hiring challenges so you can advise properly, not just transact.
  • Hit and exceed targets β€” you'll have clear revenue goals, with uncapped upside for the people who surpass them.

What you bring

  • 2+ years in IT or technology recruitment
